Full Time
Establish program governance, including program steering committees, risk management, budget tracking, and status reporting.
Drive the entire project lifecycle, from business case development and prioritization through to deployment and hyper-care.
Ensure all application programs and systems comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11).
Oversee the generation and approval of validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) for GxP-critical systems.
Manage the application portfolio budget, track expenditures, and ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Application Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or a related
field.
Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools
(e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
