We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules with proven experience in core HR processes and advanced functional configurations.

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and guide end-users.
• Support payroll, absence management, compensation, and Redwood reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and system best practices.

• 7–10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience.
• Strong business process knowledge in HR and related areas.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
