Offboarding Process Management

Design, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Offboarding 2.0 module.
Manage the end-to-end offboarding lifecycle, including notifications, task assignments, exit interviews, and compliance checks.
Ensure timely and accurate deactivation of user profiles and access rights.

System Configuration & Optimization

Customize offboarding workflows, business rules, and templates to align with organizational policies.
Integrate offboarding processes with other modules like Employee Central, Payroll, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to offboarding metrics (e.g., attrition trends, exit reasons, compliance status).

Looking for a strong experienced & skilled consultant in Offboarding 2.0 module who has worked in at least 2-5 implementation with strong knowledge in Employee Central & Onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
710 years of experience in IT/HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Offboarding 2.0 and Employee Central.
Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and compliance requirements.
Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, , API-based connections).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
