Job Description

Role & responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and circulate
daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports
(P&L, cash flow, working capital, variance analysis).
Develop and maintain
financial dashboards
for management review.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports.
Automate MIS processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Financial Analysis

Perform
budget vs actual analysis
and highlight deviations.
Analyze costs, margins, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Support strategic planning and forecasting activities.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in
annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
exercises.
Track budget utilization and cost control measures.
Coordinate with departments for budget inputs and validations.

Coordination & Controls

Coordinate with
Accounts, Plant Finance, Commercial, and Operations
teams for data collection.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting timelines.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing MIS data.

Systems & Process Improvement

Work closely with ERP teams (SAP / Oracle / Tally / other systems).
Improve data integrity, reporting structures, and financial models.
Implement best practices in MIS reporting and financial governance.
