The Support Specialist would be responsible for and providing support for Microsoft M365 products, MOL-IT Inhouse Products, Server health checks, alert monitoring etc.
The core responsibilities include: -
- Assisting in testing, analyzing and resolving issues related to Microsoft M365 user logins, Multi factor authentication etc.
- Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 Administration.
-In charge of onboarding/offboarding users.
- Assigned group, file level permissions in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams
- Providing technical support to users through the analysis and resolution of technical problems.
- MFA in Office 365.
- Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users.
- Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping track of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting Basic Problems of Windows Operating system.
- In-depth knowledge of user management, groups and assign group membership in Active Directory.
- Monitoring Azure products and services.
- Regular Health checks for various Servers,
- Monitoring alerts from various applications
- Application support for MOL-IT Inhouse applications, (iKnowNow, MOLConnect etc.)
- Any bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Meetings, and other M365 utilities, Familiarity with Power Automate and PowerApps would be added advantage.- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing professional correspondence and providing clear instructions to end-users.- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently is a key requirement. This includes initial response, problem logging, and issue escalation- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving is important- Willingness to work in shifts to provide 24x7 support, including morning, day, and night shifts
