We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented recruiter to join our life insurance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and help us build a talented workforce.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various positions within the company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-8 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to assess candidates skills and fit for the company culture.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
