Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Labour Contract Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0-3 years of experience, possessing good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the HR and operations teams. In this role, you will assist in key HR processes such as profile creation, contract generation, NAPS/NATS enrollment, and more. You will also ensure smooth data management and provide support to the HR team and operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile Creation:

    • Assist in creating detailed employee profiles, ensuring all necessary information is captured and updated.
  • Contract Generation:

    • Help in generating and preparing employee contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • NAPS/NATS Non-NAPS Enrollment:

    • Manage the enrollment process for NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme), including Non-NAPS employees.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • HR Team Assistance:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, assisting in recruitment, employee records management, and other HR activities.
    • Support the HR team in executing HR policies and initiatives.
  • Operational Support:

    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure HR activities align with daily operational needs.
    • Assist in any operational tasks where HR support is required.
  • Data Maintenance:

    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and stored securely.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and provide data to the HR team and management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in basic HR operations and practices.
    • Basic knowledge of NAPS and NATS programs is an advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
    • Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
