Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process
Education: Graduation Mandatory

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with prior exposure to international voice processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain documentation of customer interactions
Meet performance and quality metrics
Required Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Graduation is mandatory
Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: Rotational (2 days)
Work Mode: From Office
