Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.
Troubleshoot issues related to products, services, or orders.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
Meet or exceed defined performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
English communication skills
minimum
C1 proficiency
(both verbal and written), minimum 6 months of experience into international voice process , Freshers are not eligible
Ability to work
night shifts
(US/UK time zone).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
