Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to cancellations, billing, and tech issues.
  • Drive customer retention with effective communication and tailored offers.
  • Document interactions accurately using cloud systems.
  • Meet KPIs: Handle Time, CSAT, Save Rate, and more.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 6+ months experience in customer service (international voice preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and persuasive abilities.
  • Comfortable using Android/iOS and digital tools.

Salary : 2.5 to 4.5 LPA
