Responsibilities: Job Role will involve handling Vendor calls, emails and text messages. Convey accurate and required information to the Clients and Other Stakeholders. Managing the Lifecycle of the order request within the timelines as per SOPs. Resolving client/vendor queries over call and managing order queue as per SLA. Required Candidate profile: Should be flexible to work in US shifts . Excellent oral & written communication skills, preferably from International calling background.
