Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international telecom customers regarding service inquiries, billing, network issues, and technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve telecom-related problems, such as connectivity issues, plan changes, and device compatibility. Educate customers on telecom products, plans, and promotions available in their region. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical and backend teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, company policies, and data privacy regulations. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Work in rotating shifts to support international time zones, including night shifts if necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English. Basic understanding of telecom terminology, products, and services is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requests effectively. Proficient in using computers and CRM software. Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy. Flexibility to work in different shifts according to business needs. Prior experience in telecom customer service or voice process will be an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
