Hiring For International Non-Voice(Chat Process) Job Role & responsibilities • Engage with patients via chat, providing timely and accurate responses on healthcare services, medical information, and appointment scheduling. • Disseminate clear and concise information on health conditions, treatments, and procedures, ensuring privacy compliance. • Resolve patient concerns, escalate complex cases to healthcare professionals, and ensure follow-up on unresolved queries. • Maintain patient confidentiality and data security in compliance with HIPAA or relevant regulations. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy in the information provided. • Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference. • Provide empathetic and compassionate service to all patients. • Assist in training new hires on the chat process and best practices. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to the chat system.
