Responsibilities:

Answer and resolve customer inquiries via Call in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification of 10+2 passed.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Undergraduates pursuing education through correspondence can apply.
Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 33.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
