We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team for the International BPO - Voice Process position in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the globe, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with customers from various international locations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.
