Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations professional to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HR systems, and providing assistance to employees on HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Administer benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters.
Support HR compliance by maintaining documentation and assisting in audits.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.) for management review.
Continuously work towards improving HR processes and systems.
