Job Description

Hiring for HCM Consultant !!!

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi

Provide functional and production support for Fusion HCM and EBS R12 Payroll.
Manage and validate data synchronization between Fusion HCM and EBS Payroll (employee, assignment, and pay elements).
Configure and troubleshoot payroll elements, balances, and fast formulas.
Support US payroll runs, costing, and GL posting.
Ensure compliance with US tax and legislative updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, and IT. Prepare and execute test scenarios, validate integrations, and maintain documentation.
Work in PST time zone; offshore consultants may operate in second shift (India) to align with US business hours.

Required Skills:

812 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM/Payroll (Fusion + EBS R12).
In-depth understanding of US Payroll processing, Fast Formulas, and legislative patches.
Experience with FusionEBS coexistence/integrations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience in utility or regulated industries.
Working knowledge of SQL for payroll data validation.
Exposure to co-existence or migration projects (Fusion HCM with on-prem Payroll).
