Hiring For Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist / Lead / Manager

Role & Responsibilities (Major Duties)

As a Controlling Specialist supporting the DACH Controlling team , you will be the Finance contact person and business partner for Germany.

• Financial Planning & Reporting:

  Manage financial planning/forecasting tasks on a monthly basis.

• Month-End Activities:

  Support month-end closing tasks.

• Analysis & Insight:

  Prepare profitability analysis by clients, analyze deviations, and propose improvement potentials.

• Data Visualization:

  Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, including complex global client reports.

• Operational Metrics:

  Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data, and manage data analytics on operational metrics.

• Process Improvement:

  Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.

• Senior Communication:

  Communicate product/department performance and results to senior management.

• Project Support:

  Participate in finance-related projects and support ad-hoc analysis.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly communicative and analytical candidate who is adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Required:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.

• Experience:

  6 to15 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting is preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  Excellent working knowledge of Excel / Google Suite skills.

• Tools:

  Good knowledge of BI tools.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to innovatively communicate complex information. Must possess good analytical & problem-solving skills, providing meaningful insights.

• Work Environment:

  Comfortable in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment and capable of working well in a team
