Facilities Executive-Soft Services

Years of Experience- 6 to 8 years

• Overall office Housekeeping operations and carrying out cleaning activities as per schedule.
• Coordinate with AMC vendor for carrying out services as per schedule.
• Manage housekeeping services on each floor.
• Update and maintain data on HK training and HK Activities.
• Inspection of all the checklist & registers which are maintained at site.
• Checking of stores and inventory (FIFO/LIFO)
• Plan the deep cleaning activities
• Handling the manpower deployment at site and arranging the backup in case of shortfall.
• Reporting, handling & resolving any kind of emergency scenario at the site.
• Coordination & taking reports of the day-to-day activities which are done by their team members and reporting
• Providing regular trainings to the team members.
• Identification of the risks & potential hazards & reporting.
• Manage all the project (complete execution, challans, material inspection, measurements, invoice etc.)
• Liasoning with builder, vendors, AMC partner and handling all the related work.
• Expertise in handling queries/ complaints and concerns of employees.
• Event setups on time as per instructions
• Good email/report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, word, presentation etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
• Supervise, train, and motivate personnel.
• Coordinating with the maintenance of facilities, building, and equipment.
• Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities; assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions.
• Oversees activities of contractors, Service Providers personnel, and suppliers; Monitors contracts for compliance and controls costs; monitors general expenditures of unit; performs quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and standards
• Maintain and order equipment and supplies for facility operations.
• Prepares scheduled and periodic reports of facility usage, maintenance, and condition.
• Coordinating with team for procedure Development & changes.
• Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.
• Implement planned preventive maintenance as per the schedule and report any repair problems.
