Job Description

Job Summary:

Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold databases.
Explain products or services in detail to potential customers.
Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and update contact details regularly.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
Maintain records of telephonic interactions and report to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Good computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Language proficiency as required (e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages).

Shift Timing :Night Shift

Direct Walkin timing :3.00pm to 5.00pm
