Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, DocuSign, QuickBooks/Bill.com, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills

Draft, review, and format legal documents (contracts, agreements, pleadings, affidavits, notices, agreements, legal memos)
