Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

Role: ERP Business Analyst (Oracle)
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Level: 4.5 to 7 years
Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
Notice Period: Candidates with 30 days or less notice will be preferred

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders across departments.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to capture current and future state processes.
Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business requirements.
Create use cases, process flows, and user stories where applicable.
Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for UAT and system testing.
Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live.
Identify process gaps and propose ERP-based or process-based improvements.
Serve as a liaison between business users, functional consultants, and technical developers.
Conduct business validations and support defect triaging during testing cycles.
Assist in developing training materials and conduct user training sessions.
