Key responsibilities of this position
1 Manage Key accounts of the company. Maintaining RFQ registers and departmental formats.2 Product costing, Prepare and submitting quote, negotiations with customers.3 To monitor new upcoming models for new business opportunities.4 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly analysis reports and submit to HOD.5 Provide competitor information to HOD. Follow up order confirmation.6 Follow up and prepare a summary of the development stages of the on-going projects, as per formats.7 To track payments aligned with development stages of the on-going projects.8 Managing timely payment collections to maintain cash flow9 Attend internal meetings regarding customer requirements and about sample submissions complete.10 Preparing monthly Sales analysis & MIS reports to management.11 Samples dispatch to Domestic and exports customer as per requirement.12 Update data for sale orders and internal coordination for preparing and share budget. Internal coordination with various departments.
