HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS

PROCESS:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for issue resolution and support.
Provide excellent communication and customer service experience.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Maintain call quality standards and follow process guidelines.
Ability to handle escalations and challenging customer situations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Strong verbal communication & active listening skills required.

Key Skills

Prior experience in International Voice Process mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
