Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Desired Candidate:

Qualification- Graduation will be preferred

Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer handling role is required.

Shifts- 8am - 8pm (Any 9 hour shift window)

Days of Working- 6 days
