Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via international voice calls
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with a diverse global customer base
Document and update customer records accurately

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
No BE/BTECH/BSC/PG freshers
