Functional Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements, document functional specifications, and create timelines for business analysis deliverables.
• Gather and analyze requirements for enhancements to websites and web-based healthcare applications/portals.
• Develop and manage test plans and test scripts to ensure solution quality.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), leveraging deep understanding of business systems and industry needs to assess feasibility of requirements.
• Participate in all phases of projectsinitiation, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Understand and work with data models, linking data flows to business processes.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating application demonstrations for customers/stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate requirement definition sessions with business users
