Job Title: Customer Support Associate Premium Backend Process
Location: Noida Sector 62
Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring skilled professionals for its Premium Backend Process at Noida. We are looking for male candidates with excellent communication skills and relevant experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries email channels professionally and efficiently.
Provide high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with the team to optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
Gender: Male candidates only
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (min. 6 months to 1 year experience of BFSI process)
Communication: Excellent English-speaking skills
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotational shifts/night shifts
Week Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary:
