Hiring International Banking (Non-Voice Process)

Location:

Eligibility

Graduates / Undergraduates
Minimum 1 year experience
in
International Banking voice /non voice can apply
Experience in
Collections / Fraud Investigation / KYC / AML
can apply
Excellent written & verbal communication
is mandatory
Willingness to work in
US shifts

Compensation

CTC:
Up to
5.3 LPA
(based on experience & interview performance)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
non-voice customer support
for international banking clients (email/chat/back-office)
Review and process banking requests accurately within defined TATs
Perform basic
account analysis, transaction review, and documentation checks
Identify and escalate
suspicious or high-risk activities
as per banking policies
Ensure compliance with
KYC / AML / Fraud prevention
guidelines
Maintain high standards of
quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Adhere to internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
