Job Description

Designation: Executive- Hub Operations

Department: B2C Xpress Operations

Location: Kota &Udaipur

Experience: 2 +Years

Role Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Handling day to day hub operations pickup, sortation & dispatch operations.
Tracking of bags and Co-loader performance for the hub.
Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders.
Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet.
Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.
Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency.
Handling team into First Mile & Hub Operations.
Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses.

Education Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate
