Role & Responsibilitys- Collect the feed requirement farm wise and line wise from the Integration department and arrange accordingly the dispatch schedule. Prepare the Day wise Dispatch schedule as per the urgent requirement from Branch orders and feed the dispatch summary. Prepare On-line invoices in POLOX system and daily match the system stock with Physical Stock. Feed Bags quantity if weight variation found more than standard, send the vehicle again to loading point and count the number of bags. Acceptable variation limits is 0.3%. Closely monitor the loading section to avoid long halting of vehicle. Ensure the FIFO system and keep the record of dispatch details. At the time of loading do not allow hook to lift the bags. Weekly Monitor Third Party Feed Stock and verify with Admin Department. Check the Chicks Schedule and plan Prestarter feed accordingly. Every Fortnight Tally the Third-Party Dispatch figures along with Actual Gate Pass and forward the details to Admin dept.
