Hiring For AWS Solution Architect For Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant (HA/DR strategies) cloud architectures using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.
• Collaborate: Work with development and operations teams to understand business requirements and ensure AWS architecture is implemented, deployed, and optimized using best practices for security, availability, and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that cloud solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Implement robust security measures like encryption, IAM, and multi-factor authentication.
• Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AWS environments to reduce costs and improve efficiency, using tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, and CloudWatch.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• .• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
• Audits & Reporting: Regular reporting on system performance, security, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Networking: Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-15 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale cloud architectures on AWS
• Strong understanding of AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or ECS/EKS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of AWS Security best practices including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security Groups (NSG), etc.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
• Defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
• Stay up to date with latest AWS services and features to optimize resource utilization.
