Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of medical billing professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Develop and implement effective strategies for denial management, eligibility verification, and authorization processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts related to revenue cycle management and SLA compliance.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the medical billing process.

Job Requirements :

9-14 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent conflict management skills with ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Proficiency in authoring, authorization, conflict resolution, cycling, denial management, eligibility verification, leadership skills.
