We are hiring for Loan syndication. **Looking for immediate joiners only**. Exp: 2 to 5 years Work Experience: Experience in Loan IQ application is MUST Work Location : CDC-5, Sholinganallur, Chennai. Shift Timings: Night Shift Only Work Model: All five days Work from Office only. No WFH and No Hybrid. Commute: One-way cab (Drop facility from Office) Role & responsibilities Handling the day to day processing in the Loans Syndication Domain, resolving queries in a timely manner. Ability to work on relevant Workflow tools / systems such ACBS, Intellimatch, GBS, GAOS, WSO Indepth & strong process Knowledge in areas such as Bilat, Syndicated, Agency, Loan trading, Static Data, Assignmets, Transfers ,Dairy management. & management of KRI's with in the bench mark levels To strive to create a healthy and fun filled Environment in the team Display interpersonal skills in handling the day to day operations on the floor. Suggest and work on process improvements Ideas Advanced knowledge of PC technology, applications & online tools expecially MS Office tools. Very Good written & spoken communication skills; Good Analytical Skills & problem solving skills Pro-active & Positive Attitude Ability to Work efficiently and effectively in a team; Excellent Customer facing Skills and Ability to build Rapport with Clients Have the ability to escalate issues with a view to bringing about a win-win resolution Basic phone & email ettiquettes are desirable as candidate would need to interact with on-shore clients/external entities on a regular basis. Preferred candidate profile Strong focus on process results, accuracy. Good analytical skills and effective time management in prioritizing work Sound understanding of the Syndication Loan products and Processes Should possess good training and coaching skills Flexible and adaptable to change Should have experience in Capital Market products especially in Loan Sydication with Loan IQ Should have experience of handling customer KPI reporting.
