Job Description

Process Safety professional

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
Process Safety Management (PSM)
culture transformation across the site.
Review new projects and process modifications as part of
Management of Change (MOC)
.
Coordinate
HAZOP, HIRA, IH Banding, Process Risk Assessments
and ensure effective control measures.
Ensure implementation and follow-up of safety recommendations from risk assessments.
Conduct
Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR)
and ensure compliance for any changes.
Drive
incident investigation
and implement robust
CAPA
mechanisms.
Deliver training on
powder handling
, hazardous chemical safety, and emergency procedures.
Conduct
safety audits and inspections
to mitigate workplace risks.
Track actions from BU meetings and strengthen
emergency preparedness
.
Promote
standard HSE practices
across operations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum9+ years of relevant experience in
Process Safety / EHS
in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of
PSM elements, HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, and Risk Assessment tools
.
Hands-on experience in implementing
safety systems
and conducting employee trainings.
Good communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
