Customer Service via Calls
: The role involves handling customer queries through calls using various front office tools, requiring strong communication and comprehension skills.

Preferred Experience
: Candidates with backgrounds in the airline industry (especially ticketing/reservations), hospitality, logistics, or international call centers are preferred. IATA certification is a plus.
