Job Role

Agent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new insurance agents/advisors from local markets.Training Development: Provide product training, business support, and motivation to agents to improve their performance.Sales Target Achievement: Drive agents to generate business and meet monthly sales targets.Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure retention and activation.Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance and provide on-ground support.Reporting: Track sales performance and submit timely reports to the Branch Manager.
