Hiring Female Center Manager For Kompally

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Center Manager to lead one of our fitness centers at Kompally.

Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 6 to 10 years (preferably in Fitness / Sales)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Gender: Female candidates only
Shift Timings:

• 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
• 11:45 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly targets
• Assign and monitor team targets effectively
• Promote high-quality sales and customer service processes
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Retain customers and grow renewal business
• Increase member engagement through fitness activities and events
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Plan and promote activities to meet customer demand
• Handle customer grievances and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain records, cash handling, and center operations
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
• Oversee maintenance and ensure smooth center functioning

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of CRM practices
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
