As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a senior digital marketing leader to drive growth, brand visibility, and marketing excellence.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for architecting and executing MrMeds end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance marketing, organic growth, SEO, owned media, and customer lifecycle management. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise across digital channels, and proven ability to drive high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with product, content, technology, and business units to strengthen MrMed’s digital presence and contribute to sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities, tools, and platforms that support user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Improve overall brand visibility and traffic through integrated digital initiatives.

2. Performance & Paid Marketing

  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, affiliates, and other channels.
  • Drive efficiency of performance marketing efforts while ensuring high-quality conversions and sustainable cost metrics.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

3. SEO, AEO, GEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead the SEO strategy including keyword optimization, technical SEO, authority building, and content enhancements.
  • Ensure all medical and YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content adheres to E-E-A-T standards.
  • Improve click-through rates, search visibility, and domain authority through consistent on-page and off-page efforts.
  • Coordinate with the catalogue team to enhance rankings of high-value SKUs.

4. Content, Blog & Page Optimization

  • Oversee creation of SEO-optimized blogs, informational articles, and long-form content that aligns with healthcare compliance.
  • Ensure ongoing optimization of key pages to improve relevance, readability, and search performance.
  • Establish strong content frameworks that support education-driven organic growth.

5. Website & App Engagement

  • Improve user engagement across web and app platforms through UX enhancements, targeted communication, and personalized journeys.
  • Identify friction points in funnels and work with product/tech teams to enhance overall browsing, checkout, and retention experience.

6. Owned Media & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Strengthen performance across owned channels including social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, and MoEngage journeys.
  • Increase repeat order frequency by building effective customer lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys.
  • Improve referral traffic, engagement, and conversion across owned platforms.

7. Customer Experience & Reputation Management

  • Ensure timely closure of customer feedback loops, especially detractor or negative reviews.
  • Work closely with customer support, category, and operations teams to align marketing communication with customer expectations.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with business, product, technology, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Champion data-driven decision making across all marketing functions.

9. Reporting, Insights & Optimization

  • Establish strong tracking mechanisms for performance, attribution, funnel metrics, and marketing efficiency.
  • Provide periodic insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data, competition analysis, and industry trends.
