Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans targeting both retail and project segments.
  • Align all marketing initiatives with sales objectives and brand positioning.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Campaigns

  • Create tailored campaigns for key stakeholder groups such as architects, developers, homeowners, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Increase brand recall, engagement, and inbound enquiries through focused outreach programs.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Lead all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing partners to deliver measurable outcomes in traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Drive the development of landing pages, lead forms, and analytics dashboards for real-time campaign performance tracking.

4. Offline & On-ground Activation

  • Plan and execute marketing events including trade exhibitions, architect meets, retail activations, and influencer programs.
  • Enhance brand visibility at retail touchpoints through displays, signage, collaterals, and POS materials.

5. Creative & Content Development

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, videos, presentations, and digital creatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.

6. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of in-house marketing executives to deliver marketing initiatives efficiently.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and deliverables.

7. Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
