Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Admissions Growth

  • Own the

    digital admissions roadmap

     from enquiry generation to confirmed admissions.
  • Build and execute

    quarterly and annual digital growth plans

     in alignment with institutional admission targets.
  • Drive

    high-performance lead funnels

     across platforms with continuous optimization.
  • Ensure

    cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-admission (CPA), and conversion ratios

     are consistently improved.

2. Website, SEO & Analytics Ownership

  • End-to-end ownership of

    official websites, microsites, and landing pages

    .
  • Lead

    SEO strategy

     (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, local SEO).
  • Manage

    Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager

    , and conversion tracking.
  • Build

    real-time dashboards

     for admissions, leads, and media performance.

3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Lead full execution of:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Control:
  • Media planning
  • Budget allocation
  • A/B testing
  • Lead quality optimization
  • ROI tracking
  • Ensure marketing spends are

    outcome-driven, not vanity-driven

4. Content Strategy & Distribution

  • Ownership of

    end-to-end content ecosystem

    :
  • Reels, videos, testimonials, creatives
  • Blogs, admission guides, campaign content
  • Align content with

    funnel stages – awareness, consideration, conversion

  • Plan and execute

    organic + paid content distribution strategy

     across all platforms.

5. Offline & Integrated Communication

  • Integrate

    offline media and on-ground promotions

     with digital campaigns:
  • Print, outdoor, radio, events, school activations
  • Ensure

    messaging consistency across online and offline platforms

6. Lead Management, Funnel & CRM

  • Own the

    entire lead lifecycle

    :
  • Enquiry Nurturing Counseling Admission
  • Implement and optimize

    CRM systems and automation tools

  • Work closely with:
  • Admissions teams
  • Call centers
  • Counselors
  • Track:
  • Lead aging
  • Follow-up TAT

7. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor:
