Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Optimize website content to rank higher on search engines.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO.
    • Monitor website analytics to improve traffic and visibility.

  2. Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

    • Create and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
    • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
    • Track cost-per-click, conversion rates, and ad spend efficiency.

  3. Social Media Marketing

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Engage with audience and build brand presence online.
    • Analyze metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.

  4. Content Marketing

    • Create blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
    • Work with designers, writers, and videographers for multimedia campaigns.
    • Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.

  5. Email Marketing & CRM

    • Manage email campaigns, subscriber lists, and lead nurturing.
    • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
    • Use marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.

  6. Analytics & Reporting

    • Track website, campaign, and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Prepare reports on KPIs, conversions, and ROI.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.

  7. Other Responsibilities

    • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with sales and creative teams.
    • Suggest improvements for user experience and conversion funnels.
