Job Description

Content Management Responsibilities: Perform detailed research to develop and produce high-quality content across various asset types, including press releases, whitepapers, and corporate reports. Develop compelling localized content for various global markets. Proactively improve existing content and processes. Mentor junior content producers and provide constructive feedback during the peer review process. Ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines as a Hexaware brand ambassador. Stay updated on best practices in content marketing and the IT services industry. The Role Offers: Opportunity to work on strategic content initiatives. Mentorship opportunities within a team of dedicated content professionals. Exposure to international markets and localization strategies. Essential Skills: Superior command of the English language including rules and usage. Strong proofreading, editing, and mentoring abilities. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels. Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills. Flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word. Familiarity with AP Style. Ability to work collaboratively in a global context with a diverse set of colleagues. Ability to write and edit both American and British English. Essential Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. 6+ years of experience producing content for an IT services company. Understanding of IT technologies and services.
