Job Description

Registration, amendment & renewal of commercial establishment under Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act at PAN India Level. Responsible for Governance of statutory compliances as per Acts. Required Candidate profile Must be able to handle queries related to PF & ESIC of existing employees. Must have knowledge about all the ACTS such as Contract Labour Act, payment of wages Act, Factories Act etc.
