1. Carry out PM activities in CNC machines - Check list inspection
2. Carry out general activities arising out of PM - Motor inspection, panel inspection, relay checking & replacement, sensor replacement etc.
3. Hands on experience in CNC, HMI
4. Able to read Electrical circuit drawings
5. Crane & hoist PM maintenance
6. Experience in PLC trouble shooting (added advantage)
7. Carry out PM activities in CNC machines -lubrication, hydraulic troubleshooting, chip conveyor maintenance, gear box inspection, hyd cylinder service etc
8 Knowledge of hydraulics,Pneumatics, bearing type & assembly procedure, able to use measuring instruments, able to read machine drawings, hydraulic circuits, P&I diagram
9. Able to perform geometrical testing of CNC machines - Backlash, Parallalism, Perperdiucality, Repeatability etc
