Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Auto Technician Trainer located in Sangli. The Auto Technician Trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring automotive technicians in vehicle maintenance, oil changes, automotive repair, maintenance & repair, and suspension systems. The trainer will develop and deliver training programs, conduct practical sessions, and ensure trainees acquire the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

• Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes skills
• Automotive Repair skills
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Suspension system knowledge
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Previous experience in training or mentoring in the automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Automotive Technology or a related field
