Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Technician Trainer, located in Nagpur. The Auto Technician Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on vehicle maintenance, oil changes, automotive repair, and suspension systems. The Trainer will provide hands-on demonstrations, develop training materials, and assess trainees' performance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the training environment is safe and equipped, keeping up-to-date with industry standards, and collaborating with other trainers and staff to enhance the training program.

Qualifications

• Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes
• Proficiency in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience with Suspension systems
• Excellent communication and instructional skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Relevant certifications in automotive technology or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable
