Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer

Location: Near Mahanagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience:

1–3 years in procurement, logistics, or inventory management (experience in solar/electrical field preferred).

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain / Equivalent preferred).

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle purchase and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.

* Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

* Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.

* Coordinate with project and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

* Ensure proper documentation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock management.

* Track logistics and ensure material reaches project sites on time.

* Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

* Prepare purchase orders and maintain vendor database.

Skills Required:

* Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of solar materials and electrical components (preferred).

* Good in MS Excel, documentation, and follow-ups.

* Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Working Hours:

* 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

* Week Off: Sunday
