Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping, Security & Facility Management -

    Ensure the centre is well-maintained all the times; Ensure hygiene condition, checklist, conduct rounds, train & supervise maintenance staff, housekeeping & security guard, oversee facilities services; maintenance activities and related stuff.
  • Arrangements

    Handling food, beverage and refreshment, travel & accommodation, courier receive & dispatch, pantry supplies
  • Maintenance

     – AMC, CMC, Oxygen cylinders, equipment’s, Bio medical waste management.
  • Petty Cash Management

     – Collection, reconciliation & making bank deposits; Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. 
  • Inventory Management

     – Indenting, purchases, stock taking, invoice verification, office supplies distribution, monitor inventory of office supplies.
  • Records & Reports

     – Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records such as patient database, visitors & complaints register, expenses records, monthly audits
  • Vendor Management

     – Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiations, ensure quality services
  • IT Matters

     – Setting up systems, troubleshooting, arrange WebEx meeting, Epabx, systems back-up 
  • Front office Management

    - Meet & greet visitors, attend phone calls in absence of PREs or when there are busy OP days.
  • Employee Services

     – On-boarding, Biometric ID creation, office familiarization, ARTis training & trouble shooting, Darwin training, OT hours reports. 
  • Complaints Handling

     – Telephones, electrical, leakages, maintenance matters, parking etc. 
  • Statutory Compliance

     - Liaison with external entities like government departments, service providers. Form C & PCPNDT submission, Bio Medical Wastage Certificate
  • Coordination

    – IT, HR, Finance & other departments
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve the efficiency of centre operations.
  • Any other role entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
  • Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
