Job Description

Accounts Payables - Employee Reimbursement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee reimbursements, including processing claims, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payment.
Coordinate with vendors for vendor reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Handle invoice processing, payment processing, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and receivable.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to employee queries regarding reimbursements.

Hiring Criteria

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 13 years of experience in employee reimbursement, expense management, or accounts payable.
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Working on SAP application is an advantage
